摘要: We proposed a spiking neural network (SNN) to detect moving target in video streams and classify them into real categorization this paper. The SNN uses spike trains encoding information such as the gray value of pixels or feature parameters target, detects by simulating visual cortex for motion detection biological system with axonal delays different categorizations according their distance categorization's centers found Hebb learning rule. experimental results show that is promising intelligence computation applicable general surveillance system.
