摘要: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are non-coding newly identified and play important roles in RNA regulation. The mechanism function of circRNAs have been reported some species. However, little is known regarding honey bees. In this study, we analyzed through bioinformatics, predicted 12,211 the ovary bee queens. 1340, 175 100 were differentially expressed comparisons egg-laying queens vs virgin queens, inhibited recovery Further, functional annotation revealed several pathways that closely related to activation oviposition, including insulin secretion calcium signaling pathways.
