摘要: Abstract Background In the past decade, several screening instruments have been developed to detect toddlers at risk for autism, both in clinical and unselected samples.We aimed assess validity cross-cultural stability of Quantitative CHecklist Autism Toddlers (Q−CHAT), a quantitative normally distributed measure autistic traits, during routine paediatric developmental surveillance large Italian community toddlers. Methods A group n = 2400 were screened by paediatricians well−CHild visits between 18 24 months,in three regions, representative North, Centre South Italy.
