摘要: Aeroallergen sensitization is increasing worldwide. The optimal management of allergic disease requires the identification sensitivities patient. aim present study was to evaluate profile specific IgE reactivity patients with clinically suspected diseases seeking medical care in Algiers. prevalence 29 aeroallergens’ investigated by using vitro test Allergy screen, for 1461 diagnostics at Mustapha Pasha Hospital Algiers (Algeria), from the period between January 2016 and  June 2019. Patients were categorized according demographic and clinical aspects. Statistical tests applied differentiate between age, gender, season maximum attack polysensitization. sIgE 55% (807/1461). age groups 16–40 years and ≤ 16 more sensitized than that of ≥ 40 years. House dust mites, namely Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus farinae, elicited most prevalent results (29.22% (427) 25.05% (366), respectively), followed Alternaria alternata Cladosporium herbarum (17.72% (259) 12.93% (189), respectively). Allergic rhinitis, urticaria, conjunctivitis asthma recorded as common symptoms. Moreover, a significant correlation has been found polysensitization, especially mites molds. Following trend, house mite still held dominance like any other Mediterranean population reported earlier. Determining this region will facilitate early diagnosis, prevention diseases.
