摘要: Abstract Objective To analyze the allergic status to common inhalant allergens and food in clinical patients Harbin northeastern China provide evidence develop prevention strategy of disease. Methods The data were collected from 5 473 with suspected diseases seeking medical care Second Affiliated Hospital Medical University. Among these patients, 2 530 (46.2%) males aged 0-86 years, youngest was only 1 month old 579 (47.1%) young children teenagers. serum specific Immunoglobulin E (sIgE) 14 kinds total IgE detected by using AllergyScreen test (Mediwiss Analytic GmbH, Moers, Germany). Results In subjects positive rate sIgE 33.1% ( n =1 813). Cow milk (6.9%) wheat (3.1%) most allergens, followed house dust mite mix (12.5%) mould (9.4%) age gender differences significant. For P Conclusion results this study showed that had geographic characteristics, which support viewpoint environment factors play an important role incidence diseases. Also, detection are essential identify relevant for purpose early diagnosis, management
