摘要: Abstract Objectives This study investigates the post-extraction storage period of human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) for cell banking by investigating viability, function, mineralization, and gene expression hDPSCs isolated from extracted teeth after 1 h, 6 h 24 post-tooth extraction. Design were impacted third molar The mesenchymal (MSCs) properties three groups analyzed using flow cytometry. Cell morphology proliferation a light microscope an MTT assay. also assessed. Results delayed harvesting 1, or caused 31 % reduction in mineral nodule formation osteocalcin (OCN) vascular endothelial growth factor-alpha (VEGFA). However, time delay had little effect on proliferation, viability morphology. MSCs positive (CD44, CD106, CD90) negative surface markers (CD45 CD11b). Conclusions Our results suggest that can reduce their mineralization activity but does not markedly survival. Quicker is likely to yield more useful experimentation clinical treatment.
