摘要: Entrepreneurship is said to be the answer for job creation, but little explanation offered on how perform entrepreneurship. This thesis aims reduce gap by exploring a high growth venture can built. In this paper entrepreneurial process was explored through comparative case study, examining five entrepreneurs who have repeatedly built successful ventures. First and foremost, found that it possible create model giving practical advice build venture. The goal of find product market fit, meaning being sold bought. But fit exist in various degrees. For ventures two factors were commonly optimized. They had one, repeatable scalable business which delivered value customers. And two, definition tiniest could sold. total these maximize margins gave profit fuel growth. building optimize an iterative revolving around customer. When sufficient changed from performing exploration exploitation meant given good enough fit.
