摘要: Some general aspects of the reflectoric regulation circulation are discussed. The sympathetic effector system acts as a largely unspecific system, being activated by majority afferents, muscle spindles most probably included, and sending impulses down to all organs from one centralized commanding area with an obviously homogeneous pattern. Only activity acting upon muscular vessels seems offer some peculiarities, which reciprocity between vagal centers is much less than supposed up now. afferents carry contineous discharge not connected baroceptors besides well, known synchronous heart beat, baroceptive reflex. grouped inhibition caused baroceptors. generation this metabolic processes dependent on chemoreceptor carotid glomera (Weidinger). term “tone” discussed, tone result just sufficient maintain blood pressure homeostasis. This interferes direct changes peripheral (“cellular”) vessels, e. g. after influence vasoactive drugs or hormones. servo-mechanisms operated bulbar circulatory influenced, their “normals” shifted, higher central structures. shown fact (Baust), that cutting brain stem cranial prolongs, increase intravenous adrenaline.
