摘要: Introduction: graft dysfunction after liver transplantation due to ischemia-/reperfusion injury remains a serious clinical problem although there is marked progress in medicine. The aim of this experimental study was compare different types reperfusion with regard the injury. Materials and Methods: arterialised orthotopic (OLT) performed syngenic male Lewis rats. animals were devided into 3 groups: I- II-control groups antegrade reperfusion, III-retrograde group. Laboratory parameters as well histopathologic changes evaluated 1, 24 48 hours OLT. Results: OLT GOT-values showed significant difference between antegrade/retrograde variant (2613,3 ± 343,9 U/l vs. 1186,4 252,9 U/l; p < 0,001). GPT- significanly lower group III evaluation revealed significantly number necrotic areas compared control-groups (p 0,002). Conclusion: our results show that retrograde (from infrahepatic V. cava inferior opening blood stream supra-hepatic Vv. hepaticae liver) has protective effect on graft.
