摘要: Objective the role of microbes and chronic inflammation in pathogenesis Alzheimer' disease (AD) has been postulated by many authors. On other hand, several studies have reported main H. pylori infection and/or GUT microbiota alteration promoting inflammation, thus possibly influencing both occurrence evolution AD. In this article, we analyze most important recent performed on field humans animals provide possible pathogenic explanations. Results all animal, human, epidemiological in-silico studies, showed a dysbiosis AD, mostly through promotion systemic triggering molecular mimicry mechanisms. particular, seems to be related poorer cognitive performance. Conclusions Indeed, bacteria shown affect neurodegeneration inducing mechanisms accumulation Aβ into brain. These findings open way for eradicating trials remodulating strategies. Therefore, further are now needed order test whether antibiotics, pre probiotics may exert beneficial effect prevention
