摘要: This paper presents a integrated high voltage controller, which is fabricated in 0.35pm CMOS technology(AMS H35), and can be applied applications up to 115V. The output controlled by 8-bit digital input code. In order improve the accuracy decrease required area, it implemented low DAC amplifier for boosting controllable voltage. Since current consumption from power supply only 80/μA, powered charge pump generates 115V battery with 3.7V DC. Combining 8*8 external switches, proposed controller drive 64 individual channels of antenna array 0 It will greatly reduce complexity cost mobile feasibility proved post-simulation result experimental test result.
