摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was performed in 30 patients having an aneurysm or chronic dissection of the thoracic aorta. Using a magnetic field 0.5 Tesla, multislice image acquisition obtained by ECG gated spin-echo technique with dual-echoes. These results were retrospectively compared those same angiography and computerized tomography (CT). In 10 cases aneurysm, MRI measured their diameters residual lumina assessed extension precision as CT scan angiography. 17 other cases, diagnosis made documenting intimal flap double channel filling aorta, favorably scan. three dissections which false lumen thrombosed, unable to distinguish between partially thrombosed aneurysm. We believe constitues useful noninvasive method for study aneurysms
