摘要: Using the classical Heisenberg model and Monte Carlo simulations in canonical ensemble, effect of form, finite-size, surface roughness on magnetization is investigated for ferromagnetic nanoparticle with uniaxial anisotropy different shapes. In this work, cubical spherical nanoparticles are considered; we have considered a simple where each site occupied by spin. Our numerical results show that size an impact considerable influence magnetic properties these nanoparticles. But shapes less significant when comparing behavior forms particle smooth or rough surface.
