摘要: Abstract We investigate the thermal-activated magnetisation reversal in a single ferromagnetic nanoparticle with uniaxial anisotropy using Monte Carlo simulations. The aim of this work is to reproduce by uniform rotation at very low temperature high-energy barrier hypothesis, that realize Neel–Brown model. For purpose we have considered simple cubic where each site occupied classical Heisenberg spin. Hamiltonian sum an exchange interaction term, single-ion term and Zeeman term. Our numerical data thermal variation switching field are compared approximated expression previous experimental results on Co nanoparticles.
