摘要: The microstructures and microhardness of pure Ni processed by high-pressure torsion their evolution upon dynamical heating from room temperature to 200 °C at a rate 20 °C/min were investigated. annealing resulted in further refinement grains, formation more fraction high-angle grain boundaries (GBs), modification state GBs ordering dislocations. As result the microstructural optimization, material was increased but not decreased after heating.
