摘要: This chapter refers to all known and available models of Purkinje, atrio-ventricular (AV) node sino-atrial (SA) but concentrates on seven models, which showed highly significant advances in the history model development this area. The are Noble (1962) (first cardiac rhythm) DiFrancesco–Noble (1985) Purkinje Yanagihara (1980) first SA model, Noble–Noble (1984) mammalian Garny (2003) rabbit Stewart (2008) Human finally Inada (2009) AV Node model. All these CellML can be downloaded from repository at http://models.cellml.org/. simulation results chapter, aside Fig. 8.7, produced by running Cellular Open Resource (COR: http://cor.physiol.ox.ac.uk/).
