摘要: Background Per-anal excision can be an effective method for treating large rectal adenomas and selected cancers. This procedure is suitable that are too colonoscopic early cancers in patients unfit major resection. Patients methods We retrospectively reviewed 37 (16 male, 21 female) had a local resection using Salvati operating proctoscope.
