摘要: Crawling T cell locomotion in which activated lymphocyte function–associated antigen 1 (LFA-1) integrins participate is associated with translocation of the protein kinase C-β (PKC-β) isoenzyme to microtubule cytoskeleton. In normal cells and lymphoma lines, this type motility accompanied by PKC-β–sensitive cytoskeletal rearrangements formation trailing extensions, are supported microtubules. Expression PKC-β(I) enhanced green fluorescent (EGFP) nonmotile PKC-β–deficient restored their locomotory behavior response a triggering stimulus delivered via LFA-1 correlated directly degree polarization. We have also shown that component tubulin-enriched LFA-1–cytoskeletal complex assembled upon cross-linking. These observations may physiological equivalents at advanced (post-integrin activation) stages extravasation.
