摘要: The reciprocal chromosome translocation, t(8;14), involving the heavy chain locus on 14 and c-myc oncogene 8 is a characteristic of B-cell malignancies Burkitt's lymphoma acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). We have cloned sequenced t(8; 14) breakpoints an African cell line, P3HR-1, pre-B ALL 380.
