摘要: The objective indicators which reflect the past results of end-stage knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients who have already received total arthroplasty (TKA) could be helpful for physicians to discuss with are considering TKA. aim this prospective cohort study was examine whether we predict OA would receive TKA in advance based on baseline data, and set cut-off points receiving two-hundred forty medial-type were enrolled followed up 6 months while performing therapeutic exercises. Radiographic findings, visual analog scale pain a patient-oriented outcome measure, Japanese Knee Osteoarthritis Measure (JKOM), recorded at baseline. Relative risks (RRs) using area under curve (AUC) receiver operating characteristic (ROC) calculated evaluate several scores While 119 (55.3 %) did not undergo TKA, remaining 96 (44.7 %) underwent during period. AUCs ROC JKOM score [0.71 (95 % CI 0.64–0.79)] higher than those radiographic parameters. Among subcategories, category III, indicates condition daily life, showed highest AUC 0.72 (0.65–0.80). (65/100) III (17/40) RRs 2.20 (1.33–3.63) 1.95 (1.18–3.22) respectively. presence disability living found an important factor determining patient should
