摘要: This paper reviews the reform history of China's Power sector, and evaluates its conversion process with a focus deregulated electricity market based on literatures other European countries' experience. Furthermore, current industry is investigated by using SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The research results show that, after series actions, sector has shifted from an absolute monopoly to relative monopoly. conducts four strategic recommendations for acceleration power stability in environment.
