摘要: A measurement technique is presented for recording positions of the bones shoulder mechanism, i.e., thorax, clavicula, scapula and humerus, in 3-D space, based on palpating bony landmarks. The palpation implies that only static can be measured. Accuracy retrieving landmarks checked on-line using rigid body assumptions. error calculated afterwards comparable with cinegraphic methods. Axial rotation clavicula estimated by minimizing rotations acromioclavicular joint. number motion definitions compared means interindividual variation subjective interpretability. Two useful are proposed describing motions mechanism. Four conditions have been recorded: abduction anteflexion humerus both without additional weight hand. Abduction result large differences scapular clavicular motions. effect hand position girdle negligible.
