摘要: Abstract The data article reports data of the proteins expressed in female Anopheles stephensi salivary glands. Proteomic were acquired using high-resolution mass spectrometers - Orbitrap-Velos and Orbitrap-Elite. Samples derived from adult A. glands led to identification 4390 proteins. Mass spectrometry analyzed on Proteome Discoverer (Version 2.1) platform with Sequest Mascot search engines. The identified for their Gene Ontology annotation, interaction network possible roles vector-parasite interaction. provided here are related our published “Integrating transcriptomics proteomics accurate assembly annotation genomes” (Prasad et al., 2017) [1] .
