摘要: Confocal laser scan microscopy (CLSM) has emerged as a tool for in vivo assessment of cutaneous conditions. In particular, its use wound healing increasingly moved into focus. this context, the application tissue tolerable plasma (TTP) treatment recently become one most innovative therapeutic modalities. We analyzed parameters such area decline and histomorphological characteristics repair six subjects with vacuum-generated wounds on forearm four-armed design: (A) no treatment, (B) TTP, (C) octenidine, (D) sequential TTP octenidine. Assessment was conducted during visits over course two weeks. The were by photography CLSM.TTP led to more rapid that statistically significant comparison other groups. Besides mild pain, it well tolerated. Morphologically, found initiate from edges formation dendritic structures consisting keratinocytes.CLSM is valuable assessing dynamics healing. reasons still need be investigated, can accelerate repair.
