摘要: Abstract After 50 years of coal mining, Huaibei Mine, located at 50 km southeast Xuzhou City in East China, has grown to a middle-size city 600,000 people from small village 2000 farmers. The Zhahe Valley, with 400 km2 built-up area and more than 100 km2 subsided peri-urban wetland the center, is surrounded by eight exhausted old mines communities. This paper will briefly introduce main approaches results including such changing car-dominated transportation network rail-dominated network, transforming coal-oriented high-carbon industry service-oriented low-carbon industry, C-shape urban form O-shape green–blue core fragmentized collapsed land integrative land.
