摘要: The aims of this study were to establish an accurate size measurement method and a nutritional condition evaluation Holothuria scabra (Jaeger). Although 0.5% KCl 0.05% MgSO4 did not induce anaesthesia, 2% menthol–ethanol for 20 min was found be effective harmless. anaesthetization significantly reduced the coefficient variation mean body length weight by 68% 43% respectively. During starvation, decreased concomitantly, resulting in unchanged factor (body weight/volume), suggesting that cannot used as index condition. Protein, cholesterol carbohydrate concentrations fluid analysed relationship with starvation. As protein initially increased then during starvation period, it is difficult use them concentration showed gradual one‐fold increase 10 days may proxy condition; however, further physiological studies are needed. Body density volume relative gradually decreased, respectively, These methods correctly monitor conditions H. aquaculture stock enhancement techniques.
