摘要: Abstract A novel miniature microwave microstrip sensor for the study of moisture in bio-materials (paper and leaves) is suggested. The leaf-drying process (time-variation) exhibits leaf-specific nature. paper-moisture estimation using f r Q variations are two complementary sensing methods. useful to sense low level, less than 10% M ww , with sensitivity order 300% −1 an error 1.57% estimated moisture. wider range 0–40% 25 MHz % 2.2% trend percentage both types bio-materials, could be divided broadly regions additional region shown by high containing leaves. preliminary explanation related dominant phenomena attempted.
