摘要: A miniaturized microstrip ring resonator (MRR) 1 in.×1 in. resonating at fro=10.27 GHz was used as a nondestructive moisture sensor for chickpea kernels (Cicer arietinum L.) ease in loading and unloading. The change the resonant frequency (Δfr) of MRR is measure amount overlaid kernel. percentage (M) varied from 0% (dry) to ∼50% (fully soaked) calculated on wet weight basis. Δfr increased with M, although not linearly. Three regions were observed sensitivity curve. first region extended 0%–12%, central 12%–43%, saturation 43%–50% content. In 574 MHz, whereas third it 44 55 respectively. curves indicate different dominant phenomena. small scatter region, which increasing percent
