摘要: microRNAs (miRNAs or miRs) may function as oncogenes tumor suppressors. The present study identified that miR-449a was downregulated in human gastric cancer. overexpression of inhibited adenocarcinoma cell growth and promoted apoptosis the MGC-803 SGC-7901 lines. Subsequently, Bcl-2 a potential target by bioinformatics analysis. It also shown negatively regulated at post-transcriptional level, via specific site within 3′-untranslated region (3′UTR), luciferase reporter assay. expression induced apoptosis, observed TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling caspase 3/7 assays, rescued expression. Therefore, these observations indicate acts suppressor targeting gene it promotes Bcl-2. findings this contribute to current understanding functions adenocarcinoma.
