摘要: Adaptation and mitigation have been proposed as strategies for addressing climate change, which is a predominant challenge facing society today. It has found that an increase of 1 °C leads to 5 % reduction in grain yield. From 1901 2010, the average sea level rose by 19 cm, global emission CO2 increased about 50 since 1990. However, little attention paid link between institutional sustainability change adaptation mitigation. This paper argues effective depends on both formal informal institutions.
