摘要: This chapter outlines the concept of institutional bricolage as a tool for understanding how community forest arrangements actually work. We characterise two contrasting schools thinking and show belongs to ‘critical institutionalist’ rather than ‘mainstream perspective. The key elements are outlined elaborate concept. These further explored through an examination different practices adopted by local actors in shaping arrangements. Illustrations drawn from studies forestry Bolivia Ecuador areas work identified.
