摘要: Community forest management in the Amazon has been subject to institutional changes because of a shift from government governance. Although these aim create opportunities for local communities, effectiveness new institutions remains arbitrary. In particular, unpredictability legislative outcomes—as one changes—evokes discussion on how people respond institutions. This article analyzes effects at level. By using concept bricolage, argues that practice work differently than intended.
