摘要: Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease in which dyslipidemia, inflammation, and the immune system play an important pathogenetic role. A role atherogenesis was demonstrated for monocyte/macrophages, complement system, T-lymphocytes. Complement activation C5b-9 deposition occurs both human experimental atherosclerosis. C6 deficiency has protective effect on diet-induced atherosclerosis, indicating that assembly required progression of atherosclerotic lesions. The maturation lesions beyond foam cell stage shown to be strongly dependent intact system. may responsible lysis, sublytic induces smooth muscle (SMC) endothelial (EC) proliferation. All these data suggest plays atherogenesis.
