摘要: Abstract β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) functionalized graphene materials were synthesized by nucleophilic addition reaction between hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin (HPCD) and thionyl chloride modified oxides (GO). The photoinduced electron-transfer tetra-phenyl-porphyrin (TPP) HPCD studied through fluorescence absorption spectroscopy, obvious quenching was observed after adding HPCD-graphene to the DMF solution of TPP. However, intensity TPP in hardly changed presence HPCD-GO. Cyclic voltammetry measurement (CV) used investigate electrochemical interactions hemoglobin (Hb) HPCD-GO/TPP electrode showed 5.0 × 10 −9 M detection limit Hb, indicating high bio-recognition capability.
