摘要: Objectives This randomized controlled trial used resonance frequency analysis (RFA) to assess the effects of presence or absence a cast rigid bar splinting multiple implants in stability immediately loaded implants. Material and Methods Twenty-nine edentulous patients were randomly divided into two groups: G1 with full-arch implant-fixed prostheses G2 implant via acrylic resin denture bases. All loaded. RFA measurements assessed at three different times (T0 – baseline, T1 4 months, T2 8 months. Wilcoxon Friedman tests multivariate model repeated measures for longitudinal data statistical comparison (α = 0.05). Results Twenty-nine (G1 = 15 G2 = 14). Implant survival rates 100% both groups after 8-month observation period no significant differences mean ISQ values found assessment (P > 0.05). Conclusions The protocols did not appear affect during period.
