摘要: Antigen-presenting cells are key vehicles for delivering antigens in tumor immunotherapy, and the most potent of them dendritic (DCs). Recent studies have demonstrated usefulness DCs genetically modified by lipofection immune therapy, although sufficient gene transduction into is quite difficult.
