摘要: Half-life and apparent specific volume of distribution hexobarbital, sulphadimidine chloramphenicol were investigated in newborn, 1, 3, 5 8 weeks old pigs. Hexobarbital sleeping time plasma concentration hexobarbital at recovery measured the same age groups. The half-life was long newborn pigs but decreased fast during first week after birth. From 1 to birth decrease less pronounced. increased 3 life, amount N4-acetylated 200 min. injection higher than changed different ways from age. very until unchanged metabolites 100 observation. age, then it decreased. data are stressing that neonatal pig is a convenient model for pharmacokinetic testing drugs used as pharmacotherapeutics life.
