摘要: Abstract This action-based qualitative case study explores how the project communication routines affect stakeholder engagement during change management process and evolve culture. With an inductive design, this research studies practices in two different contexts. The results underline fact that effective ensures participation processes through teamwork empowerment, whereas lacking lead to a rational straightforward culture where task performance efficiency are preferred over involvement. Theoretical suggest planning requires more attention on know-how of stakeholders than current evaluation models instruct.
