An integrative framework for managing project issues across stakeholder groups

摘要: The stakeholders and the issues associated with a project are different concepts but closely interconnected. Despite this, stakeholder management literature falls short in analyzing linkages between they bring. This paper develops multilayered stakeholder–issue framework that makes connections explicit aim of helping managers analyze prioritize confront them with. framework's usability is preliminary evaluated through case study multi-stakeholder implementation an electronic health record (EHR) system institutionalized hospital environment. enables coherent assessment stakeholders' issues. Using study, we discuss how such could improve their influence on project's progress outcomes.
