摘要: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure antibody of the IgG, IgA, and IgM classes against Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) in human sera. Patients with untreated oral cancer had higher levels HSV-1 than did either patients acute or recurrent herpetic infections age-matched control subjects. Levels cytomegalovirus total serum concentrations were similar all groups. who been treated successfully for more one year earlier not have HSV-1. The results are consistent hypothesis that mouth is associated expression antigens stimulate rather IgG responses.
