摘要: Abstract Adsorption of Pseudomonas putida on kaolinite, montmorillonite and goethite was studied in the presence organic ligands phosphate. Citrate, tartrate, oxalate phosphate showed inhibitive effect P. adsorption by three minerals a broad range anion concentrations. The highest efficiencies four blocking goethite, kaolinite were 58–90%, 35–76% 20–48%, respectively. ability prohibiting binding cells to followed sequence citrate > tartrate > oxalate > acetate. significant suppressive effects ascribed increased negative charges adsorbed competition with bacterial surface groups for sites. also dependent steric hindrance molecules. Acetate presented promotive at low results obtained this study suggested that bacteria soils especially rhizosphere can significantly be impacted various inorganic anions.
