摘要: Etwa 15% aller bewust registrierten Schwangerschaften enden in einem Spontanabort. Falls man auch die Praimplantationsphase mit berucksichtigt, wird von einer Abortrate 30–50% ausgegangen. Der verhaltene Abort (missed abortion) macht ca. 90% der Gesamtabortrate aus. Beim klinischen Bild eines Abortus imminens ist bei Halfte Falle Missed abortion auszugehen (Berle 1988).
