摘要: A prospective randomized double-blind comparison of two doses, with three doses mezlocillin for nonelective cesarean section prophylaxis was performed. One hundred seven (107) patients were evaluated. Mezlocillin (4 g) given post-cord clamping and then at 4-h intervals a total or doses. The incidence febrile morbidity lower in the three-dose group (2 46, 4%) than two-dose (14 61, 23%) (P less 0.02). However, infectious not different between (3 7%) (10 16%), endomyometritis similar groups (6.5% vs 9.8%). Among failures there no differences compared to successes number potential commensals pathogens cultured from amniotic fluid. proportion among both isolated (10/58) significantly greater none only (1/37) 0.03). We found be an effective agent perioperative as presence clinically important organisms fluid time operation typified postoperative complications despite prophylaxis.
