Biological Activities in the Extract of Fermented Codonopsis lanceolata

摘要: To investigate the applicability of hot water extract from Codonoposis lanceolata (CL) and fermented (FCL) as functional food cosmeceutical material, its total phenolic contents, flavonoids, electron donating ability (EDA), SOD-like activity, nitrate-scavenging (NSA), reducing power were examined. Total contents CL FCL 0.54 ㎎/100 g 2.79 g, respectively, flavonoids estimated 2.26 mg/100 for 6.16 FCL. The EDA 8.0~17.9% 32.9~74.9%. activities 0.6~16.5% 3.5~21.6%, activity was dependent on sample concentration. NSA pH dependent, highest at 1.2 lowest 6.0. higher than that CL. showed (0.65) concentration 1,000 ㎍/mL. Based above results, we deemed might have potential antioxdant activities.
