摘要: Background For comprehensive information about the situation of patients with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), clinicians have to rely on from different sources, e.g. caregivers themselves, which may differ each other. In addition assessment impairment, importance evaluating not only depressive symptoms but also health related quality life (HRQOL) in clinical research and practice has increased. Objective To examine how ratings patients, regarding patients' depression HRQOL relate other by comparing these three perspectives using self- proxy-rating measures. Method One hundred outpatients moderate MCI their family participated this study. Depression were examined proxy-ratings as well Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE); was assessed SF-12 Health Survey EUROHIS index. Results We found high correspondence between caregivers' function MMSE scores, while self-rating did correlate MMSE. underestimated compared self-rating. Concerning depression, good accordance clinician's evaluation. Conclusion The study suggests that are important informants symptoms, they underestimate deficits.
