摘要: The primary aim of this study was to estimate heritabilities for different types claw and foot disorders the genetic relationship with milk yield selected conformation traits by applying logistic models in Holstein dairy cattle. included data from 5634 cows kept on large-scale farms Eastern Germany. Dichotomous response variables were presence or absence disorder 2003. Cows that present herds <6 wk 2003 excluded analysis. Incidences, disregarding repeated measurements, digital dermatitis (DD), sole ulceration (SU), wall (WD), interdigital hyperplasia (IH) rear legs 13.2, 16.1, 9.6, 6.3%, respectively. herd effect highly significant all disorders. Incidences increased increasing parities SU WD, but highest among heifers DD. High at first 2 test d after calving associated a greater risk same lactation. Estimates heritability 0.073 DD, 0.086 SU, 0.104 0.115 IH. Genetically, health problems appear occur clusters (i.e., cow showing one disease has an another disease). This phenomenon also observed between somatic cell score. Genetic correlations early lactation 0.240 0.057 0.270 0.336 IH, indicating physiological antagonism. Correlations breeding values bulls official functional type mostly favorable. Routine recording will offer new chance improve within population as elaborated scenarios selection index procedures.
