摘要: RNA interference is provided for inhibition of ocular hypertension target mRNA expression lowering elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or hypertension. Ocular targets include carbonic anhydrase II, IV, and XII; 1- 2 adrenergic receptors; acetylcholinesterase; Na+/K+-ATPase; Na-K-2Cl cotransporter. treated by administering interfering RNAs the present invention.
