摘要: Introduction: The study compared spinal anesthesia using intrathecal hyperbaric bupivacaine between height and weight adjusted dose fi xed during caesarean section. Methods: A hundred parturients, who had given their consent were scheduled for elective section under anesthesia, randomly assigned into two groups. We the of heavy (0.5 %) according to patients (Group AD) from Harten’s chart developed Caucasian parturients (2.2 ml) was used in Group FD patients. Keeping observer blinded groups, onset time sensory block up T5, haemodynamic changes, side effects, fetal outcome observed. Results: median faster than AD (6 min vs. 4 min; p = 0.01). level extended above T3 a signifi cantly (p < 0.05) larger number 12 (24 one (2 patient AD. patients, 32, (64 hypotension 15 (30 lowest recorded SAP (101 ± 6 mm Hg) higher (96 6.7 Hg). Nausea vomiting more pronounced Conclusions: reduced on its adjustment body cesearean This adjusted-dose use suitably restricted cesarean with distinct advantage less similar neonatal as use.
