摘要: Dobutamine is a synthetic catecholamine developed as relatively selective positive inotropic drug for short-term parenteral administration. Dobutamine's effects are mediated by strong beta 1 adrenergic receptor stimulation and mild of 2 alpha receptors. should be used to improve ventricular function cardiac performance in patients whom dysfunction has caused reduced stroke volume output, moderate drop systemic blood pressure, diminished organ tissue perfusion, elevated filling pressures. When guidelines patient selection dosing adhered to, decompensation secondary atherosclerotic occlusive coronary artery disease can improved without adversely affecting the myocardial oxygen supply demand balance. less vasopressor activity than norepinephrine dopamine, not primary treatment conditions characterized marked hypotension shock.
