摘要: As the neuropeptide substance P can manipulate murine hair growth in vivo , we here further studied role of sensory neuropeptides follicle biology by determining distribution and hair-cycle-dependent remodeling innervation C57BL/6 mouse back skin. Calcitonin-gene-related peptide, P, peptide histidine methionine (employed as vasoactive intestinal marker) were identified immunohistochemistry. All these markers immunolocalized to bundles nerve fibers single fibers, with distinct patterns major hair-cycle-associated changes. In epidermis around distal arrector pili muscle, only calcitonin-gene-related immunoreactive visualized, whereas largely restricted dermis subcutis.
